spoon-business: the score tinkerer

Howdy, 
I create an entity called the score-tinkerer.
the score-tinkerer is a evil fellow that runs around and robs players of
their points and similarly also lowers their score to 0 using arcane and
long-forgotten magical arts.

starting from now he will mantain every players score set to 0 and keep
every player's points at a grand total of 0 until I tell him to stop.

Do you think I can do that?
