Judgement: False

Analysis: This cannot be judged true until RFJ 48/0 is judged upon, because
until such a time it cannot be determined if a win has taken place. However,
a win may not have taken place, so it can be judged false. Therefore for
this point in time I am judging it false, but this does not mean there is
not a potential win in progress, it merely means that the win hasn't been
officially recognised and its consequences fully processed yet.
