Statement:

The Bank Motion made by Jeff Schroeder on Feb. 24, 2001 was invalid.

Analysis:

According to Rules 317 and 319, Motions for Repayment can be made only if a debt is overdue. Joerg's debt is payable nweek 16 and is not overdue. Bejamin's debt is payable nweek 15 and is not overdue [[but will soon be]].

Furthermore, as stated in the correction to the Banker's Report, Joerg's debt is only 7 points, but the Motion requires a payment of 8 points.

Oh, and I canot repay the debt anyway, I don't have any points.
