RE: spoon-business: Motion to Add

As a non-player I'm not sure how to handle this, but I see that Motion 15/0
is actually a "Motion to Ammend Trivially" to Strike double quotation marks
in R227/4.  (which has since, passed).

Could I make another motion to attempt to add myself as the player "sabby"?
