spoon-business: Win Token Proposal

I offer the following Proposal, entitled "Win Tokens":

1. Amend R211 to read:

"Whenever an Agent owns at least the required number of Win Tokens, the Administrator shall credit em with a Win."

2. Amend R122 to read:

"In the event of a Win being awarded, the Administrator shall redistribute all Objects to their initial Owners as specified in the Rules and play shall continue normally, if possible; otherwise, play ceases."

3. Create a new Rule entitled "Win Tokens" with the following text:

"Win Tokens are transferrable Objects. The Administrator shall award an Agent with a Win Token if that Agent meets any of the following conditions:

1. possesses 500 or more Points
2. holds some Elected Office for a full Term
3. renders a Judgment as a Judge

Once an Agent has been awarded a Win Token for a condition, e may not receive another Win Token for that condition until after the next Win is awarded."
