spoon-business: motion recognition

Now that unanimous consent is fixed again, it seems ok to recognize the 
following motions, for which unanimous consent is requested:

Trivial Amendments:

1: Change the word "proscribed" to "prescribed" in R106/0.
2: Change the word "es" to "eir" in R306/0.

Player Addition:

1: I move that M'cachessilnath (chess@xxxxxxxxxxxx) be added as a Player.

Also, two more Trivial Amendments, which are also recognized:

3: Replace "Roaster" with "Roster" in R313/0.

(Heh heh. I didn't know there was a Player in charge of the Roaster. I 
didn't even know our game had a Roaster.)

4: Replace the first instance of the word "a" with "an" in R230/3.

If there are no objections, the Trivial Amendments will pass in two days, 
and the Player Addition in three days.
