spoon-business: modification of proposal 331/0:Motion to remove players

I wish to amend proposal 331/0 to read in full:
create a new rule titled:"Motion to Remove Players" that reads:"Any
Agent qualified as a Player may cease to be one if a Motion to Remove
naming em is adopted. Motions to Remove are Secondary Approvable
Motions. A Motion to Remove is subject to 10-day unanimous consent.
[[so nobody can be removed if he checks the list at least once per
nweek]]

The Motive Order corresponding to an adopted Motion to Remove directs
the officer responsible for the maintainance of the roster to remove the
named Agent from the Roster.
