[nimh-dev] nmh 2.0 discussion

Now that nmh 1.2 has been released, there's been a whole bunch of discussion
on the nmh-workers list about what should be done for 2.0. In particular,
there's a discussion happening right now about whether to replace the
mh-format syntax with something else. (I believe that Jon called it
"baroquen".) Now might be a good time for us to chime in on this, if we
have any ideas.
