[nimh-dev] scan finished, mostly

1. I just finished (most of) scan. All of the options which I use or were
easy to code are implemented.

2. I created the directory etc as a home for defualt config files.

3. In order to use scan.py in its current state, what you need to do is
point MH_PROFILE in lib/nimh/MH.py to the location of your (nimh)
.mh_profile, and put scan.default in you mail directory.

In order to prevent conflicts between nmh and nimh, I created a directory
which looks like this:

[uckelman@scylla trunk]$ ls -R uckelman/
uckelman/:
./  ../  Mail/  .mh_profile

uckelman/Mail:
./  ../  cl@  inbox@  outbox@  scan.default  sp@

and set MH_PROFILE to it. The links in Mail are to real mail folders so I can
test what we've created on them.
