Using HeaderParser instead of Parser resulted in a reduction of 0.2s runtime
on my inbox, so the total time for a scan is now around a half-second. That's
getting into the neighborhood where the upstream bandwith of my DSL is the
limiting factor for how fast the scan displays when I'm away from home.
