Interesting. Last night when I was playing around, I added __init__.py 
into both lib/ and lib/nimh/. Things worked, so then I tried to see 
whether I could get rid of one of them. I deleted the one in lib/nimh/ 
and things continued to work (I was testing import in the python shell). I 
figured I'd gotten lucky and then committed.
