[nimh-dev] folder.py

I've updated folder.py, which changes the working folder.  Easiest program
evar.  I also moved __init__.py into lib/nimh, where I think it belongs (that's
the only way I could get the module to import). 

I'd also like to thank Jon for introducing me to the word baroquen.
