[nimh-dev] Okay

I believe the repository is now squared away. Not only do I have to give 
read/write permission to the group, which I'd done, I need to ensure that 
all processes accessing the repository, e.g. svnserve, use umask 002. So, 
the regular binaries have been replaced with wrapper scripts that do just 
that.

If you run into more problems, please let me know.
