[nimh-dev] rev 9

I just checked in a folder of mail, into tests/data/nimh/. I'm gonna' 
check out Python's unit testing framework and then hope to define some 
tests/drivers.

In general, I don't want to get too far away from having runnable, known 
good code. nmh is not currently installed on martial, but I will figure 
out a good way to install it so we can define tests against it, as a 
baseline.
