i thought you meant like bulk retraining. the commands i use to
manage missed messages:

alias spam='mh2bogo -s cur;refile +spam;next +inbox'
alias ham='mh2bogo -n cur;refile +inbox';

is there some kink that means i should only be running mh2bogo
periodically, on masses of email, rather than every time i refile
something?
