[hosers-talk] building nmh -- resolved

The problem I had with building nmh was simple: Apple's HFS+ file system 
is case preserving yet case insensitive. Thus, make thought the install 
target was up to date because of the existence of the file INSTALL -- yes, 
the installation instructions. Problem was solved by a simple file rename, 
although the nmh folks are probably going to resolve the issue with some 
makefile hackery.
