[hosers-announce] new version of nmh

I was finally able to get the newest version of NMH to build, so it's
installed now. There is one problem I've noticed so far, which might
interfere with your reading of HTML messages.

show seems not to pick up the mhshow-show-text/html entry from
/etc/nmh/mhn.defaults, though it reads other entries there. To get the
behavior you had before, add the following line to your .mh_profile:

mhshow-show-text/html: %plynx -dump -localhost -force_html -noredir '%F' | less

(which is the same as the line from /etc/mhn.defaults!). I'm looking into the
problem.
