[hosers-announce] reverse DNS works now

A full week after my first request, SBC finally did the reverse delegation
for my /29. (For those not familiar with classless delegation, this is a
job that can be done in less than 5 minutes from scratch, and even quicker
if you're working from a template.)

So, now any mail servers which require proper reverse name resolution will
now accept your mail.

I'm still waiting on my secondary DNS, but that only makes DNS queries slow.
It shouldn't cause anything to fail outright.
