[hosers-announce] RAID, upgrade

There's a chance that I'll be installing a RAID in charybdis this evening
and upgrading to Fedora Core 2 at the same time, which will result in
a few minutes of down time (the OS is already installed on the RAID drives)
and things being out of whack, with things gradually moving back into whack
over the course of the evening.
