[hosers-announce] bogofilter upgrade

Support for seperate word lists has been deprecated in the current version
of bogofilter, so we're now using combined word lists. This won't affect you
at all if you're not using bogofilter. If you are using bogofilter, your
word list is now ~/.bogofilter/wordlist.db. You may delete goodlist.db
and spamlist.db from that directory, since they are no longer needed.
