Re: [eia] Austrian economics for March 1809 |
Have we switched to a policy of transparency for subsidies and purchases of minor free states ? A couple of players seem to be doing this, and others (including me) never have. Where do we stand on this as a group ? Also, my understanding of the Austrian Insurrection corps is that they can only appear at the moment that an enemy corps moves into a space in certain Austrian provinces. So it happens as an interruption in the middle of an enemy's land phase. This means that when enemy corps are moving in these provinces (and the insurrection corps are not on the map already), orders must be given on a corps-by-corps, space-by-space basis, kind of like when naval interceptions are possible. This is all in 10.1.4. -JJY ----- Original Message ----- From: "Bill Jaffe" <billj6203@xxxxxxxxx> To: "'public list for an Empires in Arms game'" <eia@xxxxxxxxx> Cc: <bigbillthecollector@xxxxxxxxx> Sent: Sunday, July 13, 2008 9:15 PM Subject: Re: [eia] Austrian economics for March 1809 > > > Home Nation Values > 62 - 24 > Conquered Minors > 11 - 4 > Normal Trade > 0 > Colonial Trade > 0 > Reparations Gained > 0 > Economic Manipulation (+) > 0 - 0 > Economic Manipulation (-) > 0 - -6 > Reparations Paid > 0 > Loans Made/Subsidies Paid > 13 to Bavaria, 1 to Baden > Corps Maintenance ($1 ea.) > 13, 1 new > Fleets Maintenance ($1 or $5 ea.) > 1 > Depots Maintenance ($1 ea.) > 4 > Bavaria is 12/8, gets 13 subsidy, and maintains corps, builds 1c, 3i > Piedmont is 12/4, plus 3 trade, maintains 2 corps, builds 2i > Kingdom of Italy is 42/14, maintains 2 corps and 1 fleet, builds 2s and 6i > Baden is 6/4, gets $1 subsidy, maintains 1 corps, and builds 2i > Wurttemburg is 8/4, maintains 1 corps, and builds 2i > > Levy Freikorps at Vienna > > Manipulation is set for +1 PSA, -Manpower > > VPs should be 8 > > > _______________________________________________ > eia mailing list > eia@xxxxxxxxx > http://lists.ellipsis.cx/mailman/listinfo/eia > > _______________________________________________ eia mailing list eia@xxxxxxxxx http://lists.ellipsis.cx/mailman/listinfo/eia
