Great Britain will change its position and move first in the naval phase as
a matter of expediency.

NAVAL PHASE:
 6th Fleet moves to the Holland blockade box.
 All other fleets hold.

ARMY PHASE:
 Depots Removed: none
 Depots Created: none

 3rd Corps holds at Portsmouth (F 6-)
 1st Corps holds at Gibraltar ($1)
 2nd Corps holds at Palermo ($1)
 4th Corps holds at Palermo ($1)

TOTAL COST: $3
