I'm similarly waiting for DoW to come out.  While if, then orders work, I prefer to just wait and see and then reply to the second escrow.

I will be travelling across next weekend, 30-31 and a few days to either side so my response time will be slow to non-existant over those days.  However, barring someone attacking me or a war breaking out between people I don't have enforced peaces with, and thus can meddle, pretty much hold and forage and now and again a new corps pops up can be assumed for several more months if things start moving while I'm away.
