[eia] *Corrected* British Naval Phase: October 1808 

There is a typo in my naval orders.  The 4th Fleet goes into port at
Edinburgh.  So my naval orders should read:

Naples Fleet: moves into port at Palermo
1st Fleet: moves into port at Plymouth
6th Fleet: moves into port at Plymouth
7th Fleet: moves into port at Plymouth
2nd Fleet: moves into port at London
3rd Fleet: moves into port at Dublin
4th Fleet: moves into port at Edinburgh
5th Fleet: moves into the English Channel
