Hi guys,
     I've been really overwhelmed lately, and this is the first time I've been able to check my home email since 4/18.

I know I'm holding up the game, but I do still want to participate.  All I can do is to ask you to accept my apologies.  I need to look over my plans, and I'll send in all needed responses for Russia tomorrow night.
