[eia] Sorry for delay

I totaled my car this weekend and have been doing lots of phone calls with insurance and the like.  No injuries but it's been pretty hectic.

I have my economics figured out and there is nothing exciting in them.  Holland is building a ship.  I don't recall what my vp are but it's either 5 or 6, I have to go check to see if I have a copy of the table still.  Income is pretty much same as last time but I have one more corps on the board and only make $2 in American trade rather than $6 do to all the blockades.

If the space above my final political status has a +1 in it I will run reduced manpower and +1 economic manipulation again, otherwise I won't manipulate.

I think that's the critical things people might care about.  I'll go answer the other escrow and get things tabulated in a clearer fashion as things settle down.
