    REINFORCEMENT:
The Cavalry corps is disbanded after its factors are transferred to the inf. 
corps at Barcelona.
The Tunisia corps absorbs the 5 inf. factors in the garrison at Tunis.
The inf. corps at Barcelona absorbs the 5 inf. factors in the garrison 
there.
The inf. corps at Cartegena absorbs 4 of the inf. factors in the garrison 
there (leaving 5).
5 inf. factors appear in each of the garrisons of Gerona and San Sabastian.
3 Portuguese inf. factors join the Portugal corps (which is now full) at 
Tangier.
1 Portuguese inf. factor joins the garrison at Lisbon.
2 Tunisian inf. factors join the garrison at Tunis.
1 new ship is completed at Cartegena and joins the III fleet.

    NAVAL:
All fleets hold.

    LAND:
Remove depots at Barcelona, Cartegena, Lisbon, Badajoz, Cadiz.
