The April escrow was opened December 9th, we're now getting worse than real time for a peace turn. We need an updated map, but can wait for the Turks to do their whole turn. I'd say if no Turkey response by Tuesday 0900 EST, the assumption is no movement, and we move on to May. Let's get the escrows set up, please.
