[eia] gearing up..

Sorry guys about not responding sooner since I've probably been a large part
of the holdup.  I've  had some recent job related stresses that put EiA on
the low priority list but these are resolved now.  The people I play FTF
with knew about this but I should have mentioned it online also.

I will have GB's economic phase out and will respond to any escrow pending
today.  I also agree that we, as a group, need to seriously speed up this
game or abandon it.  I will renew my efforts to dedicate enough time and
energy to the game to make it fast paced and enjoyable.
