[eia] keeping track of prisoners as you go

    In future, I would recommend all countries involved in a war keep a 
running tally of all prisoners - both the ones you've captured as well as 
the ones of yours that have been captured.  That way there are multiple 
records available, and there is only a need to scour the record if there is 
a discrepancy.  (I have always done so, and assumed that others did as well. 
But I guess not.)
