[eia] FW: battle of Marseilles: British rolls

Here are the results as I interpret them.  Please correct me if I'm wrong.

round 1: French lose 1 factor,  - .8 morale
round 2: French lose 2 factors, -1.9 morale
round 3: French lose 1 factor,  -1.3 morale

Allied casualties are 1 Austrian (17%) and 2 British (83%).  All casualties
are infantry, of course.

This will result in the French breaking in round 3 and being retreated to
Grenoble.  France loses -1 PP and Britain and Austria both gain +1 PP.
