Therefore Bordeaux and N. of Montpellier end up without the option to refuse battle.
Marseilles and Turin have the option to withdraw into the city
St. Malo has the option to fight as a depot garrison or withdraw into the city
The cossack at Lille can withdraw pre-battle

I think those are all the decisions that have to be made around my land combat phase
