Per 7.5.2.10.3.1 the corps must retreat towards the nearest depot of any
nationality in force.  Since the Austrians are the only force present I
believe they must retreat towards their own depot and not towards Britain's.
So I will plan their movement based on them being located south of Bourges.

I wasn't sure on that.  I figured since you guys have been combining
movement that they'd go to the nearest member of the combination, but if
they go towards an Austrian depot because they exist, that's fine with me
too.
