Gentlemen, I have found us a substitute for Mark/Prussia.

Say hello to Mel Chin, a good, strong, EIA player. He has been partially
briefed about the situation.

 

If someone could send out a current Cyberboard, and anything else we need to
get going, let's do so!

I'm willing to take over Prussia but don't count on too much activity from
her. I know (from experience) how long it takes for Prussia to rebuild an
army, especially without alot of subsidies.
