Here's my land phase again.  I listed the 3 corps Russia was paying for 
separately from the 2 Austria was paying for.  There wasn't any intention to 
be misleading.

> 1 I, 1 Swedish (w/ Bennigsen):  hold at Amsterdam (f/ 7-)
> 1 I:  Lille ---> Amsterdam ($0.5)
> 1 Swedish:  besieged at Kassel (f/ 3-)
> Paris garrison (f/5-)
