[eia] Paris results

So I show the British losing 4 factors in round 1 and then 2 more in round 
2 for 6 British losses.

The Russians lose 1 factor in round 2 for a total of one factor.

France loses one militia in round one and 3 infantry and a cavalry in round 2.

The way the factors had to be assigned I don't believe it is possible for 
any counters to be removed unless Russia decides to take its casualty as a 
cossack
