I will speak with Austria about peace.  Since Prussia has already made peace
with part of the Coalition and then declared war on another part before,
Austria may require a formal peace.  What if he would agree to accept a
Prussian conditional surrender and then ask for no terms ?  I haven't seen
any evidence in this game that he would go against his word, and
surrendering to both Russia and Austria at the same time doesn't cost you
any more PPs.
