I've sent escrows for Mantua and SE of Naples. We shouldn't try to resolve
Mantua until the Austrian movement phase is in, since I think one or more
Austria corps are going to be involved there as well. The battle SE of
Naples can't be affected by Austrian movement, so can be resolved as soon
as Mike wants to.
