I want to know the results to plan the steps later in the escrow so I don't
want this in the escrow at all.

It gratuitously complicates the step since if the country war is declared
upon uses the step then there is a response step for the declarer. To do
this in the escrow is insane and I want to maintain the ability to know its
results before planning the following steps that I'm supposed to have.

It's a bit confusing because putting it in an escrow with a lot of other
orders is crazy.
