[eia] Austria's September 1806 economic phase

I'm confused.

The last political status chart I have shows Austria in the Neutral zone #3
space.

The adjustment chart Joel sent on Tuesday says +3 net. +3 vs what space?

Where is Austria on the Political Status chart (not including the net -2 for
September, -3 for Charles losing, but +1 for Wurttemburg conquest)?

 

Meanwhile we have 66/25 base

Baden is 0/0

Wurttemburg is 3/2

Trieste gives me 6 American income

$2 in trade

 

Bavaria gets 12/8

 

Maintenance is 8 depot, 15 corps

Bavarian maintenance is 1

 

That's it for us, except to understand the PSD and how few VPs we et this
quarter.
