Austria loses 12 factors and breaks

As there is no way Austria can break France in kind, this battle will be 
worth +4 points for France and -3 points for Austria

Pursuit will be on a base class of 4 or 5 depending on the Austrian roll 
with a one column shift modifier from terrain for a final pursuit column of 
3 or 4.  Murat will add +1 to the roll.
