Right, there are two corps at St. Malo.  This reduces the British cost by
$1.

Jim, I only get two corps landing at St. Malo.  The third is still back at
Hamburg.  Britain goes after Russia, so a depot will be in place to feed
Hamburg's garrison before you would have to roll forage.
