Sorry to keep raising objections, but the Prussian depot W of Brest-Litovsk
was cut off from any supply source (i.e., a depot at a city) by cossacks, so
it can't be used this turn unless one of your corps stops in the forest area
N of Warsaw.

There's nothing illegal about leaving the depot and picking up its garrison
as one of the Prussian corps pass by.  But you can't reduce your cost by
stopping there and using that particular depot.
