I think except for interpreting the results of the Birmingham retreat (+1 PP for GB, -1 PP for France, BTW), January is done.  I'll send an updated map as soon as Ney's status is determined.  Here's what we need to do to get the next turn started:

1.)  Britain, France, and Prussia need to respond to the DOW escrow.

2.)  Everyone except Russia needs to respond to the political escrow.

Then we'll be off and running on the reinforcement phase !
