No, the Tunisians definitely lost a factor in the battle for Benghazi. And then a 3 factor garrison was detached. For some reason, I thought that would empty the corps of infantry. But I can't think of where else I would have lost one. So let me do this instead. During the reinforcement phase, I will detach an additional infantry factor to the Benghazi garrison (bringing the garrison up to 4 factors and leaving no infantry factors in the corps). Then the remaining naval and land orders can be executed as written.
