All we have left is the Prussian land phase.  At the end of the month, three things happen:

Spain conquers Cyrenaica from Turkey; +1 PP for Spain, -1 PP for Turkey.

Russia conquers Sweden from France; +1 PP for Russia, -1 PP for France.

The winter ice closes around the ports of Abo, Riga, St. Petersburg, and Sveaborg.  Except for the southern Mediterranean, all depot supply costs are doubled and foraging is at -2.

Am I forgetting anything ?  BTW, the DOW escrow to start December needs Britain, France, and Prussia to respond.
