Re: [eia] Russian III fleet interception attempt |
Per 6.2.2, a MP's fleets occupying the same sea area must _always_ be be combined into one stack. The same holds true for MPs who have declared combined movement. The British 4th Fleet is composed of 1 ship. GB will also gain +1 PP. -----Original Message----- From: eia-bounces@xxxxxxxxx [mailto:eia-bounces@xxxxxxxxx]On Behalf Of jjy@xxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Monday, May 01, 2006 6:42 AM To: public list for an Empires in Arms game Subject: Re: [eia] Russian III fleet interception attempt The interception succeeds. If I understand correctly, all of the combined fleets in the area take part in the battle ? The Russian III fleet consists of 27 ships, the Russian I and II fleets are 1 ship each. If I'm right that the British IV is involved as well, then Jim should report its strength and Britain also gains a political point. In any case, the Swedish fleet will be sunk; -1 PP for France, +1 PP for Russia and maybe for Britain, too. -JJY Quoting Dice server <dicemaster@xxxxxxxxx>: > -----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- > Hash: SHA1 > > Dice rolls requested by: jjy@xxxxxxxxxxx > Rolls sent to: > eia@xxxxxxxxx > > # Interception succeeds on a 1 > > No. of sides on every die: 6 > No. of dice for every roll: 1 > No. of dice rolls requested: 1 > No. of rolls per line: 1 > > 1 > > > Information on the dice server: > DO NOT REPLY TO THIS MESSAGE! > Replies to dicemaster@xxxxxxxxx vanish into a seldom-read mailbox. > > For instructions on using the dice server, send a message with > subject "help" to dice@xxxxxxxxx, or see http://www.nomic.net/~dice/. > > The dice server is provided by: > > nomic.net > http://www.nomic.net/ > > > Original message follows: > >Return-Path: <jjy@xxxxxxxxxxx> > >X-Original-To: dice@xxxxxxxxx > >Delivered-To: dice@xxxxxxxxx > >Received: from mailbox.iwaynet.net (mailbox.iwaynet.net [66.195.224.10]) > > by charybdis.ellipsis.cx (Postfix) with ESMTP id C7411EA98 > > for <dice@xxxxxxxxx>; Mon, 1 May 2006 08:35:11 -0500 (CDT) > >Received: from mailbox.iwaynet.net (localhost.localdomain [127.0.0.1]) > > by mailbox.iwaynet.net (8.13.1/8.13.1) with ESMTP id k41Da6GN001655 > > for <dice@xxxxxxxxx>; Mon, 1 May 2006 09:36:06 -0400 > >Received: (from nobody@localhost) > > by mailbox.iwaynet.net (8.13.1/8.13.1/Submit) id k41Da6kv001654 > > for dice@xxxxxxxxx; Mon, 1 May 2006 09:36:06 -0400 > >X-Authentication-Warning: mailbox.iwaynet.net: nobody set sender to > jjy@xxxxxxxxxxx using -f > >Received: from 164.83.99.83 ( [164.83.99.83]) > > as user jjy@localhost by webmail.iwaynet.net with HTTP; > > Mon, 1 May 2006 09:36:06 -0400 > >Message-ID: <1146490566.44560ec61d4d1@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> > >Date: Mon, 1 May 2006 09:36:06 -0400 > >From: jjy@xxxxxxxxxxx > >To: dice@xxxxxxxxx > >Subject: Russian III fleet interception attempt > >MIME-Version: 1.0 > >Content-Type: text/plain; charset=ISO-8859-1 > >Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit > >User-Agent: Internet Messaging Program (IMP) 3.1 > >X-Originating-IP: 164.83.99.83 > > > >#P eia@xxxxxxxxx > >#S 6 > >#D 1 > >#R 1 > >#L 1 > >#C Interception succeeds on a 1 > >#T Russian III fleet interception attempt > > > > > -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- > Version: GnuPG v1.4.3 (GNU/Linux) > > iD8DBQFEVg6Sji3Dv2PP/ewRAuDgAJ48M69PllSWAFNH2tm24Va2x5u4rACfRLtd > fSx0mxh/oc1cRhp+nDa4MA8= > =An0I > -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- > _______________________________________________ > eia mailing list > eia@xxxxxxxxx > http://lists.ellipsis.cx/mailman/listinfo/eia > > _______________________________________________ eia mailing list eia@xxxxxxxxx http://lists.ellipsis.cx/mailman/listinfo/eia _______________________________________________ eia mailing list eia@xxxxxxxxx http://lists.ellipsis.cx/mailman/listinfo/eia
