[eia] Worried of Cardiff

As someone who lives 10 miles from Cardiff (and indeed lived  there until 
1999) I keep looking out of the windows to see if the French  hordes are 
pillaging in South Wales...
 
As a historical note, Cardiff was barely bigger than a fishing village in  
1805, however it grew massively when the railroads started bringing coal from  
the valleys down to the port and it became a city in 1905, the capital of Wales 
 in 1955, and now has about 300,000 people.
