[eia] dice roller test

Here's a new dice roller I've knocked together, which uses a nifty little
dice rolling language I cooked up:

Please give it a try. Let me know if you have any problems or comments.

(In re: EiA. I'll soon be making an email interface for this, so anyone
who prefers it would be able to use it for the game.)
