The III fleet moves to the sea area south of Stockholm, and if there is no interception attempt there (I'm leaving town for a couple of days and have to resolve things), the Russian fleet blockades the Swedes at Stockholm.

After that, the British fleets would move.  Note, however, that the British fleet carrying the Russian cav corps only has enough movement to reach the sea area off Riga, not enough to reach the port.
